Fees
Our fees are based on the quality of service provided. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have before your dental treatment begins, whether it concerns length of appointment, fees, nature of treatment, who the appointment is with, options, long range plans, etc.
Insurance
Insurance is a contract between the insurance company and the client, not the dentist. The client is responsible for all fees for dental care. We will gladly complete your dental insurance forms to help you receive maximum reimbursement from your insurance company. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, whereas others pay a percentage of their benefit schedule. Be sure to bring insurance forms with you and complete the upper section of the form so we can fill in our part and expedite insurance pre-authorization or reimbursements to you.
Payments
Payment for dental services is expected at the time of the appointment, unless other arrangements are made. Laboratory work performed outside the office is billed in addition to the doctor's fee.
Office Hours and Scheduling
We schedule clients by appointment. It is our intent to see urgent problems as quickly as possible. When calling for an emergency, please do so before 10:00 a.m. if possible, and let our appointment coordinator know the nature of your problem so that she can schedule the appropriate time.
Our regular office hours are Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other appointments will be scheduled on an individual basis.
If it is necessary to change your appointment, please give us 1-week's notice when possible. This courtesy allows us to use that time to take care of another person's dental needs.
Obviously, this Web site cannot answer all your questions, but we hope it will serve as an introduction to our practice.
